TV9 Ravi Prakash – Another Ramoji in the making!
Today, TV9 Ravi Prakash has become household name with his maiden venture TV9. Though he is founder CEO of TV9, the promoter and 80% share holder is Srini Raju of Peepul capital (Brother-in-law of Ramalinga Raju). After proving his success as journalist in General Entertainment media in early 2000 years, he has started first 24 hours news channel in the state before ETV2. In the initial days everyone knows how he made money through sting operations and paid news. Today, he is in the position to open his own channel and dump TV9 in short span. TV9 success has lured many politicians to start a news channel even though it makes losses.
Now he is growing beyond TV9 and become a powerful force in state politics. With aggressive nature and campaigning he occupied top mindshare among viewers. He is enjoying same status as Ramoji Rao in the electronic media. In the recent public meeting he urged CM Rosaiah to spend more on publicity for government welfare programmes through TV channels openly, shows the impact of the media particularly his news channel. Similar to Ramoji, he expanded to other states and marking its influence over the regional politics through TV9 Kannada and Gujarathi success. The major difference between Ravi Prakash and Ramoji is, Ravi Prakash is the open minded attitude as he ready to support any government to accomplish his benefits. For the time being his focus is on the most developed states in the country, it is time for him to enter mineral rich states.
Pawan Says Strict ‘No’ To Lip Kiss
Power star Pawan Kalyan may not have scored with his latest release but then he has always enjoyed a strong following among the masses. Many in the industry say that Pawan is known for his strong self discipline and he seems to be implementing that on the screen as well.It is known news that Pawan is doing the remake of the bollywood film ‘Love Aaj Kal’ in Telugu. The leading lady for that is the petite beauty Trisha. Now, the original had quite a bit of lip kisses but Pawan has reportedly said that there must be none of that in Telugu.
Sources say that though Trisha is ready, he said no. apparently, Pawan is said to be concerned over the PRP image and the overall state. It seems Pawan said this is not his age or situation to get into liplocks. But….if he does then it will become a huge sensation since it is the first time from Pawan.
KCR’s Next Deadline For Telangana: 2011
Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao is known for fixing deadlines for Telangana state formation and extending the same according to his convenience.
The latest deadline set by KCR for Telangana is 2011. “The formation of Telangana is certain in 2011. The process will begin soon after the submission of Srikrishna Committee report in December this year. Whether the committee recommends Telangana formation or not, the Centre has no other option but to concede the demand since it knows the repercussions of not separating the Telangana,” he told the CEO forum of industries at a meeting held at Taj Krishna.
KCR has also made it clear that Hyderabad would be very much part of the Telangana state. “There is no question of accepting the proposal to make Hyderabad as union territory. The development of industries and other sectors would be done with Hyderabad as its base,” he asserted.
One has to wait and see whether there would be further extensions to the latest deadline fixed by KCR.
Why did Prinche Mahesh babu get upset?
Star actor Mahesh Babu is not the one who gets finicky very easily unless he is forced by a strong event. He kept his cool when some of his fans ran into him, almost mobbing him when he recently went to the old city. However, the Prince was upset that the audio of his upcoming film ‘Mahesh Khaleja’ was released unofficially. He wrote on his Twitter account: “Was a bit upset initially when the songs were out unofficially, with the sound quality being so poor… the only comforting factor was that the response has been mind blowing. “
The actor released the official link of his audio teasers. The first teaser was of the song ‘Sada Shiva’. Some part of the teaser was already out in the promos of the film.” The audio, with Mani Sharma as the music director, is expected to be released on September 27th.
