Dil Raju announces new film with Siddharth
“Venu Sriram who worked with several films for our production house would be introduced as director. I am really impressed with his script and we narrated it to Siddu who immediately okayed. After finishing Prabhas’s current film, we start producing this film with Siddharth,” Dil Raju said.

It seems that they are feeling like Mahatma Gandhi after the outcome of the government’s statement. Apparently, Gandhi was also an advocate who got into the freedom movement. So now, after getting assurance, the Telangana lawyers are feeling satisfied and it is heard that they are saying to themselves that they are very much like the Mahatma now.
Well, there is a stark difference between what made an advocate a mahatma and what has been happening here. So, this is another classic example to show the immaturity of the law holders. AP Cabinet Stands Divided On Regional Lines
Hyderabad, Sep 20 (IANS) The Andhra Pradesh cabinet stands divided on regional lines with ministers accusing one another of promoting interests of their respective regions in the background of the demand for statehood to Telangana.
The ministers from Andhra and Rayalaseema regions took strong exception to some of their counterparts and also their party members of parliament (MPs) from Telangana disrupting their visits to the troubled region, sources said.
The ministers pointed fingers at one another in the presence of Chief Minister K. Rosaiah, who himself comes from Andhra region.
Ministers from Andhra and Rayalaseema criticised their colleagues from Telangana for supporting Telangana lawyers’ demand for 42 percent share to the region in the appointment of judicial officers.
Information Technology Minister K. Venkat Reddy last week openly backed the Telangana lawyers’ agitation and demanded that a man from the region be appointed the advocate general.
The ministers from Andhra and Rayalseema found fault with their own party colleagues for stalling their visits to Telangana for opposing the demand for separate statehood, sources said.
Minister for Labour Mukesh Goud, who hails from Hyderabad but is opposed to separate Telangana state, urged the chief minister to seek permission from the party’s central leadership for action against four parliament members for deriding those opposed to separate Telangana.
He along with ministers from Andhra and Rayalaseema complained that the four MPs — Madhu Yashki Goud, G. Vivek, Manda Jagannatham and G. Sukhender Reddy — were acting against the party interests.
They alleged that the MPs had colluded with Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) by crtitcising their own party leaders and ministers.
The MPs had recently taken up issues like 42 percent share for Telangana in Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission postings and judicial officers’ posts.
Chief Minister Rosaiah advised ministers to exercise restraint and stay united. He asked them to wait for the report of the Srikrishna Committee on the Telangana issue.
The committee was constituted by the central government in February to study the issue after violent protests for and against a separate Telangana rocked the state for nearly three months.
Meanwhile, government whip Shailajanath from Rayalaseema region has taken exception to the government’s written assurance to Telangana lawyers for providing equitable share to the region in the appointment of judicial officers.
“This move has set a bad precedent and may create many problems in future,” he said in a letter to the chief minister.
Telangana lawyers called off their agitation Saturday night after the Andhra Pradesh government agreed to provide 42 percent share to the region in the appointment of judicial officers.
Shailajanath wanted to know from the government under what capacity MPs Madhu Yashki and Vivek participated in the talks between the government and the agitating lawyers.
He said the government should have also invited lawyers from Andhra and Rayalaseema regions for the talks.

Producer Ganesh wants to finish shooting with Pawan Kalyan in just 90 days?
Producer Ganesh Babu made a film with Ravi Teja titled ‘Anjaneyulu’ and it seems he has learnt his lessons quite soon. He is now planning to complete the shooting of his forthcoming film with Pawan Kalyan in just 90 days. It is not impossible.
The shooting of Bollywood’s biggest grosser ‘3 Idiots’ stands as an example. The producer of the film, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, is said to have spent more than two years on the script and finished the shooting of the movie just under three months time. Even Amir Khan, easily one amongst the highest paid actors in India and a film-producer himself, chose to stay on campus in IIM-Bangalore than stay at 5-star hotels. This not only helped the feel of the film, but also forced other actors like Madhavan and Sharman Joshi to stay where Amir stayed; saving hefty hotel bills and chauffer bills too!
Ganesh Babu’s film is said to be a copy of the Hindi film ‘Love Aaj Kal’, which makes it a little easy for writer Trivikram Srinivas to complete the script. Infact it is heard that he has come up with a bound script and the shooting will soon start in Hyderabad.
Pawan Kalyan will pair up with Ileana for this remake. His last film ‘Puli’ took almost two years to be completed and when it was finally released, it got mixed reviews. However it did break first week collections record as far as Telugu box office is concerned.
Let’s see if Pawan Kalyan, Ganesh Babu and director Jayanth Paranji will set a new record in completing this film!
Allu Arjun‘s Badrinath shooting schedule extended
Allu Arjun has been rigorously shooting for his next film ‘Badrinath’ at Kullu Manali. This schedule was supposed to end on September 28th. However, it seems it is going to take more time for the film unit as they have extended the shoot till October 6th.
Only recently the actor had spent almost 3 continuous weeks of fight scenes, under the supervision of Peter Hein. The film is being shot at a huge set erected by set designer Anand Sai. After their success with the film ‘Magadheera’, Geetha Arts is looking forward to repeat the magic with ‘Badrinath’. Director V.V.Vinayak is said to have been putting efforts to finish the shoot as and how he had envisioned it.
Tamannah Bhatia is the heroine in the film, while Keeravani composes the music. Ravi Varma who earlier worked for films like ‘Dashavataram’ and ‘Aparichitudu’ is the cinematographer of this semi period drama.
Brindaavanam finally to arrive on October 8th
Producer Dil Raju announced that the release of his next film ‘Bridaavanam’ has been postponed by a week. The producer made theannouncement today at a press meet in Hyderabad saying that the film will now be released on October 8th instead of the earlier declared October 1st.
‘Brindaavanam’ stars Jr.NTR, Kajal Agarwal, Samantha Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Srihari, Kota Srinivasa Rao and many others character artists. A special set of an 18th century palatial bungalow was erected at Bachupally, in the vicinities of Hyderabad by art director Anand Sai.
The set is said to have been built on a 03 acre land, specially leased for the film. The cost of the set and an artificial garden built around it is said to have been around Rs. 2.5 crore.
This is the first film which showcases Jr.NTR in a complete family person role, unlike any of his previous films. The film is directed by Vamsi Paidipally and the music has been given by Sai Thaman.
With ‘Mahesh Khaleja’ releasing on October 7th, the first weekend of October is going to be completely entertaining for Telugu film fans.
Trivikram submits Bounded script to Jayanth!
It is well known that Trivikram Srinivas is penning the dialogues for Powerstar Pawan Kalyan film which is touted to be 'Love Aaj Kal'. Recently, Trivikram submitted the entire Bounded script of the film to Director and Producer of the film. The Bounded Script will consists of entire story, dialogues, screenplay and pictures of the locations where the scenes to be shot. As per the film unit sources reveal, it is said that film unit is decided to complete entire film in just 90 days schedule which begins on 23rd September.

Puri's son Akash film in November!
Director Puri Jagannath son Akash and another Child Artiste Rohith starrer 'The Lotus Pond' film is gearing up to release on Noveber 7th. The film is being produced by Nitin Kumar under 'Tripadaya Innovations and Marketing Private limited' banner. P.G.Vinda is directing film. Recently film official website has been launched by retired police officer Ramavatar Yadav who played an important role in the movie. Producer said that film will hit screens on 7th November world wide and in Hyderabad on 11th November. He also added that this is not an art film and full completed commercial entertainer.

Spotlight: Only Multi-Lingual Releases Please!!!!!!
So now, a new theory is being proposed by few market pundits. They say that only Telugu version of the film is not working out. The target audience is less, the durability also is not that long, the element of piracy is looming large, media and political intervention has become high. In view of all this, the lifespan of a movie at the theatres has come down resulting in heavy losses to the movie makers.
So now, the proposal is to come up with multi-lingual releases so that the reach is expanded and at the same time, the appeal is opened across different regions. Such experiments have worked in the past, for eg: Allu Arjun is a big name in the Malayalam circuit, Telugu films are a major cause for remakes in Bengali circuit. So, with the multi-lingual aspect, the investment gets optimum and the returns can be expected in a higher range.
The analysts say that this will work with both heavy and moderate budget movies as well. In a way, this will also improve the career prospects for the actors and the Telugu talent will be spread across many places. If this formula is implemented, then Tollywood will be seeing yet another chapter of history in the making…
Surprise! Jagan Unveils Rajiv Statue
Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy is putting the high command on the mat with his innovative strategies during the Odarpu Yatra. At a time when party president Sonia Gandhi is waiting for the right time to take action against him, Jagan is creating a sort of confusion in her think tank.
When he resumed the Odarpu Yatra from Addanki in Prakasam district on Sunday, Jagan unveiled the statue of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi, along with that of Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. This is for the first time that Jagan unveiled the statue other than that of his father. This has raised many eyebrows in the political observers and made them wonder whether he is sending signals to the high command for patch up. In a way, it will make the high command think twice before taking action against him, as it would lead to criticism since Jagan was showing his loyalty to Gandhi family.
A few days before, there were flags and banners in the Jagan yatra with the pictures of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, which were never witnessed before. And the leaders in the Jagan camp also talked about Sonia Gandhi’s encouragement to YSR family. All this is not inadvertent, but was a deliberate move to create confusion among the YSR detractors. But one doubts whether Jagan would get into the good books of the high command once again.
Fact Sheet: 'TG' Boards Back In City
With the Telangana issue coming back to the fore with the recent agitations of Osmania University students and Telangana lawyers, the Telangana boards are back in Hyderabad.
The Telangana protestors have once again started replacing the words Andhra Pradesh or AP with Telangana on all the boards and number plates. Thus Andhra Mahila Sabha has once again become Telangana Maha Sabha and the letters AP in the number plates have become TG. One such attempt to change the name of Andhra Pradesh Doctors Association at Sultan Bazar into Telangana Doctors Association has led to serious clashes between the office bearers of the association belonging to the two regions. The Andhra doctors, who were in dominant number, strongly objected to the Telangana doctors’ move, but the latter bulldozed with their decision.
As a result, the association split vertically for the first time after its formation and the Telangana doctors formed a separate association in their meeting at Osmania Medical College.
No wonder the trend will spread to other offices and organizations as well in the next few days.
